Final Dividend
The board of directors are pleased to declare a final dividend of HK3.1 cents per Share. The final dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members on Wednesday, 26 May 2010. The final dividend will be paid on Wednesday, 9 June 2010.

Closure of Register of Members
The Register of Members of the Company will be closed from Thursday, 20 May 2010 to Wednesday, 26 May 2010, both days inclusive, during which period no share transfer will be effected. In order to qualify for the final dividend, all transfers accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong, for registration by not later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday, 19 May 2010.
