- Dynasty Fine Wines (Asia Pacific) Limited will replace any wine which has an obvious wine relating to winemaking error.
- We are sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain wine products, including:
- Any wines which are spoilt due to inappropriate storage by our Customers.
- Any free gift products and samples.
- No returns shall be made on glassware or accessories after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods.
- In the event of dispute, Dynasty Fine Wines (Asia Pacific) Limited’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
