This dry, very young and fruity red wine is ready to drink. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot having the fruit flavors of red cherry, strawberry and redcurrant mixed with banana and cinnamon on the nose. With low tannins, this wine will ideally complement all preserved meats such as dry sausages, pates and meat pies. It greatly benefits frm being served slightly chilled.
